Nice for a beginner but the lack of a manual in French is lacking and is a barrier to anyone who wants to learn only the piano. I plugged the adapter on my LENOVO laptop, it works. BUT, the connections downstream (mic and HP) do not ; I am obliged to the taping... Not top. I would not have left a more minute my stage piano of choice without effective protection against the dust and the glitter... so I-I hope to receive quickly the covers-keyboard-Gator (let me call him Ali for short), specially designed for all 88 keys and especially for mine, a P250 Yamaha. Well it went as expected: as soon as ordered, almost as soon as delivered, a cladding made to measure, and measures well own keys, without a stain for a music even more brilliant if we don't forget to remove the cover before you tap on the keyboharde.. thanks to my Amazon, and her partner Vinyl. Of course it's not worth the sound of a real piano to 2000€, but in term of quality/price ratio we can say that I'm satisfied! Pleasant, to use as a toy because the quality of sound is not there and we don't have the pleasure of the keys of a real synth/piano. First impression : the packaging. Saw the photo, we know that it comes directly from China. The English used is poorly translated and approximate, which is not a very good sign in terms of quality. The manual (which is very simple) is in English only. The adapter is English also... INPUT AC 100-240 V and 50/60 Hz and OUTPUT : DC5V=1A, therefore, it does not adapt to the French outlets. You therefore have 2 options : either buy a French or put in some batteries (not rechargeable!). Luckily as I already have a small synth, I used my adapter to connect directly to it, and it works. It can be used on ac or with batteries (not included) 4 AA 1. 5 tlv's sound is not exceptional. And with the headphones we hear a static noise. It is necessary to press hard on the keys on the keyboard. The 127 tones are a long time to find because there are only 2 buttons Tone+ and Tone - the Same goes for the rhythms (a little guide in English is provided) The lookup buttons make noise.Cheap iPhone 5c Case:

Bought for the birthday of my boy (8 years old) who is just starting to take over synth, he jumped at the ceiling discovering his gift... Full of instruments and hundreds of recorded music, to reproduce with the help of the illuminated keys, at their own pace... Obviously I made the right choice because my son loves. For info : I don't understand the negative comments because for my part, I received a manual in French and I also have the ac adapter (fortunately, because otherwise I would have had to consume a truck of batteries since my son uses it all the time...) in Short, it is a real instrument, what I was looking for and that was the reason of my choice to the YAMAHA brand, the quality is there, this is not a toy. Plastic, of course, but at this price, don't acquire a grand piano with which you will produce at the opera, let's be serious... I would describe more as a 1st synth, ideal for the learning with its illuminated keys (which you can disable if necessary). The options are many and over time and learning staff, it will certainly have more fun.
